Vael is an AI-powered HR workspace that provides guidance, document generation, and compliance tools for human resources professionals. Vael is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
2. Not legal advice
All content generated by Vael is general HR guidance, not legal advice. Vael does not create an attorney-client relationship. For specific legal questions, consult a licensed employment attorney in your jurisdiction.
3. Account terms
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
- One person or legal entity per account
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the service
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Resell or redistribute content generated by the service
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Vael. We process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
6. Payment terms
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
7. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service.
8. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of liability
Vael is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any actions you take based on content generated by the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
